Who makes your products?
Hi! I'm the maker behind MamaMenchisCreations. This is a one-woman small business where every item is illustrated, printed, cut, assembled, packed, and shipped by me from my home studio. Everything you see in the shop is designed and handmade in-house with lots of care (and probably a cup of coffee nearby).
Where are your products made?
All items are created in my home studio. From illustration to packaging, every step of the process happens right here.
Are your designs original?
Yes! All illustrations and designs are hand-drawn and created by me. You won’t find mass-produced designs here.

MamaMenchisCreations specializes in stationery for planners, journaling, and stationery lovers. This includes things like:

Are your items handmade?
Yes! All items are designed, printed, and assembled in-house by me.
Product Details
How are your pens made?
Our pens are created using a sublimation process. This means the design is permanently transferred onto the pen using heat and pressure, allowing the artwork to become part of the surface rather than sitting on top of it like vinyl or decals.
Because of this process, the designs are smooth, durable, and long-lasting.
Do your pens use epoxy or glitter?
No. Our pens do not use epoxy or loose glitter. The finish you see is the result of the sublimation process, which creates a smooth and durable surface without additional coatings.
Will the design on my pen peel or fade?
Sublimation bonds the design directly into the material of the pen, which means it will not peel like vinyl or decals. With normal use, the design will remain vibrant and smooth.
Stickers
What type of sticker paper do you use?
Sticker materials vary depending on the design. Some stickers are:
- Matte
- Glossy
- Laminated
- Glossy with holographic laminate
Please refer to the individual product description for details about the specific sticker material used for that item.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Laminated stickers offer additional durability and some water resistance, but most stickers are designed primarily for planners, journals, and paper goods rather than long-term outdoor use.

Will sold out items come back?
Some items are seasonal or limited, but many fan favorites do return. If something you love is sold out, keep an eye on shop updates or social media for restocks.
Do you restock popular items?
Yes! Many customer favorites return to the shop, though some designs may be seasonal or limited releases.
Can I request a specific theme or design idea?
I love hearing ideas from the community! While I can’t guarantee every request will become a product, customer suggestions often inspire future designs.
Do you offer shop updates or sneak peeks?
Yes! The best place to see new releases, restocks, and behind-the-scenes content is on social media.
Why might my order look slightly different from photos?
Because everything is handmade and produced in small batches, there may be very slight variations. Screen colors may also appear different depending on your device.
Orders & Processing
How long does it take to ship my order?
Because everything is made and packed by one person, processing time is typically 3–7 business days before your order ships.
During launches or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Massachusetts, USA.
Do you accept custom orders?
Occasionally! Custom work depends on availability and current workload. Feel free to reach out through the contact page to ask.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently there is no international shipping. I am working on it and educating myself so I can offer international shipping. Currently it is TBD but feel free to check back, sign up for emails, or check social media for when I can offer a change.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Orders that include tracking will receive a tracking number once the package ships.
My order says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early. Please check around your mailbox, with neighbors, or your local post office. If you're still having trouble, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within a few days of delivery with photos of the damage and I’ll work with you to make it right.
